CareGiver - DAY SHIFT (12 hrs.) - 36/48 hr. a week rotation
Description
Home Instead is currently looking for a caregiver with Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience and that is strong enough to handle transfers with gait belt.
Caregiver will need to have patience and understanding as client will need a lot of reminders and tends to ask a lot of questions throughout the day.
Client is a standby assist at all time.
Client is a diabetic.
Caregiver will need to remind client to use walker always.
Daily Care goals are bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, help with transfers(with gait belt), meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation if needed. Client does have a cat, and caregiver will need to help with the litter box.

ALL candidates must have / obtain / and willing to consent the following:
Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
Possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and your OWN transportation.
